Architectural Cavity Sliding Door Systems
The Ladenko ACCESS cavity sliding door system designed for disabled access requirements.
The Ladenko ACCESS cavity sliding door system has been especially designed for disabled people that have impairments such as: hand, wrist or arm disabilities due to reduced dexterity and strength including poor grip, weak arm muscles, poor balance or where getting close enough to reach the door handle may be difficult. This is especially so if you have people traffic who are using a walking stick, crutches, walking frame or in a wheelchair. Other areas that make disabled accessibility difficult may include door closers, small lobbies, narrow corridors, small clear-opening widths, bathrooms, schools, government buildings, offices and disabled access toilets.
Ladenko has developed the ACCESS cavity sliding door system to help reduce some of the typical swing door barriers presented to disabled people and to make accessibility as easy as possible for all those who are limited in their movement. The ACCESS cavity sliding door has been designed to comply with Australian Standard AS 1428.1-2009.
Manufactured from select grade Tasmanian kiln dried hardwood and is part of our heavy duty architectural cavity sliding door systems which can carry a door weighing up to 120kg and more special request.
